QYour marketing services are very extensive. Do you charge more for listing properties that other Realtors? A Our pricing is in range of other full service realtors, but we provide much more value to our clients.
QWhat areas do you specialize in? A We are licensed in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. We specialize in historic communities in and around D.C., Alexandria, Loudoun County, Annapolis, and Baltimore.
QDo you have any special training in historic real estate? A I have graduated from the National Trust For Historic Preservation program on historic real estate. I have also grown up in and currently live in a historic property.

QCan you help buyers purchase other properties other that historic ones? A We focus on old and historic properties, but sometimes in helping our buyer clients we come across a newer property that they want to purchase. We are happy to use our years of real estate experience to help them buy the property of their choice.
